Lear Meditation via a 1 on 1 lesson conducted through Zoom or Skype.
I have been practicing meditation for 8 years. 3 years ago I did the 10 day Vipassana meditation course and things really progressed for me in terms of my meditation practice. I have found great benefit from practicing this technique and it has helped me in so many ways in my life. I have now combined the mental stamina gained through this too greatly enhance my daily Qi Gong practice. I have also taught many people who I have met throughout my travels and wish to extend the availability of what I have learnt, to anyone who desires to learn.
This lesson is designed to be a one off lesson, once learned you can begin practicing instantly. The thing with meditation is that it is easy to learn but hard to master and I would strongly encourage a daily practice after you have learned the technique. We could always schedule another lesson if you feel the need for one but I am quite confident we can get you started on your meditation practice from just one lesson.
We would start with a brief introduction and then I would guide you through the technique, and then allow space for us to silently practice together. I will meditate with you and we can meditate for a total of 30 minutes. We will have time to answer any questions you may have with the session lasting approximately 45 minutes total.
Once payment has gone through we can discuss a time slot that would work for you, bear in mind I am currently situated in Ireland which is currently on BST. Please allow for 1-2 working days for me to reply to you. Note the payment is non refundable unless for whatever reason I personally cannot make the scheduled session (Highly unlikely). In the unlikely event of me not being able to make the session I would offer to refund your money or reschedule.
